The Throwers Podcast continues its series of interviews with our first repeat guest, Adam Nelson. This interview was conducted in Adam’s basement which is also a top secret training lair loaded with state of the art equipment. Adam talks candidly about the 2011 season in which he won the USA Championships with a throw of 22.09m (72′ 5 1/4″) and finished a disappointing 8th in Daegu at the World Championships. He gives an update on his current training and how H.I.T. style training may (or may not) be his secret for 2012. Adam also gives a great update on the logo and branding issues which are plaguing USA Track and Field. And finally, he tells everyone to watch out for a radical change in his technique this season!
